#Chucks4Bucks Reaches over 8.2 Million Impressions

The 2015 #Chucks4Bucks campaign was a huge success reaching millions of people and raising thousands of dollars for the Sheldon Kennedy Child Advocacy Centre.

A huge you to everyone from Rae Croteau Jr, his family and wagon team, as well as Rae's sponsors TOMCO Group and Glover International, for making the #Chucks4Bucks campaign so successful and raising over $10,000 for the SKCAC.

Over 7015 tweets were sent using the hashtag #Chucks4Bucks.

This generated over 8,200,000 impressions across social media.

The campaign engaged influencers with large social media followings. Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Laureen Harper shared the campaign. Calgary Mayor Naheed Nenshi shared the campaign multiple times. Dozens of MLAs and city councilors also shared the campaign.

Additionally, the campaign was covered on television, radio, and newspapers across the province furthering its reach.

This enormous reach raised a tremendous amount of awareness for the issues we represent and the work we do.

A big part of the success of the campaign was the community atmosphere that Rae and his team created by engaging with people on the hashtag.

In addition to the promotion, the campaign helped us to grow our social media following by over 20%.
